Multicooker Spaghetti and Meatballs

Multicooker Spaghetti and Meatballs

2 (24oz) jars of favorite spaghetti sauce
8 oz spaghetti, uncooked
1½ cups water
½ lb. ground pork
½ lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper (to taste)
½ cup Italian bread crumbs
¼ cup milk
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 Tbsp. dried basil
1 Tbsp. Italian herb mix

In a bowl, mix the meats, milk, bread crumbs, cheese, egg, seasonings and herbs, then form into 10-12 large meatballs.

Pour 1 jar of sauce into the bottom of the Multicooker.

Place the meatballs in the Multicooker in a single layer and cover with the other jar of sauce.

Put spaghetti noodles on top of sauce and cover with water. Noodles may need to be broken to fit.

Put the lid on and turn the exhaust valve to “Sealing”.

Select “Manual” function and set timer for 5 minutes.

After cooking, turn exhaust valve to “Venting” and turn off.

When steam has vented, remove the lid immediately and stir well before serving.
