Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

10 ounces fresh Brussels sprouts
1 whole garlic, cloves separated and peeled
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese


Preheat the oven to 400 ° F.

In a small bowl, toss together the Brussels sprouts, garlic cloves, lemon pepper, salt and olive oil. Spread mixture evenly on a baking sheet. 

Roast the Brussels sprouts in the oven for 25 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts become tender; toss with Parmesan cheese and serve.
