Roast Turkey

1 (12-14-pound) turkey
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
2 large carrots, chopped


Combine all the spices together and rub the turkey with them and olive oil.

Mix together all the vegetables and then stuff turkey with them.

Add the extender ring to the glass bowl. Place turkey on the low rack, breast side down.

Roast the turkey at 350°F for 13-15 minutes per pound.  Be sure to let the turkey sit for at least 10-15 minutes before serving.
