Pepper Steak

4 steaks (preferably New York Strip or T-Bone)
¼ teaspoon of dry basil
2 tablespoon ground pepper
¼ teaspoon of garlic salt


Evenly sprinkle and massage pepper onto both sides of steak. Next, sprinkle the garlic salt and basil over both sides.

Place steak on the high rack. Grill at 400°F for 10 minutes.
