Parmesan Scallops

16 sea scallops with muscle removed
4 tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons lime juice
3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese 


Wash and remove the muscle on the side of the scallops. Gently pat dry and place in a shallow baking dish.

Place a dollop of butter on top of the scallops. Next evenly distribute lime juice over all the scallops.

Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over all the scallops and bake at 350°F for 7-10 minutes.
