Mushroom Quiche

1 10 inched baked quiche or pastry shell
5 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 medium onion sliced
4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons butter or margarine.


In medium bowl combine eggs, milk and season salt. Set to side once mixed.

In a 1 quart dish, combine onion, green pepper, mushrooms and butter. Microwave for 6-10 minutes on high or until onions become clear. Add sour cream. Once it is mixed well combine with the egg mixture. Stir until blended.

Pour into pasty shell. Microwave for 25 minutes or toothpick is inserted in center and comes out clean.
