Honey Lime Chicken Breasts

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lime juice 


Combine the honey, soy sauce and lime juice in a gallon sized zip lock bag. Add the chicken to the bag and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Once chicken has marinated place the breasts on the high rack and dispose of the leftover marinade. Cook for 8-10 minutes per side at on for at 350°F.

Depending on the thickness of the chicken (these times are based on the 1-inch thick chicken breasts). Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
