4 ripe avocados
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon cilantro
1/2 cup small-diced red onion (1 small onion)
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 medium tomato, seeded, and small-diced


In a medium bowl mix together avocados, lime juice, salt and pepper. Stir in the garlic, onion, tomatoes and cilantro.

Mix until smooth or personal preference.

Refrigerate for 45 minutes before serving to let the flavors marinate or serve immediately.
