Grilled Peaches

1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Pinch salt
4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
Vegetable oil 


In a bowl mix together the butter, sugar, cinnamon sugar and salt until evenly combined. Heat grill to high heat. Brush the peaches with oil. Place peaches on the grill cut side down and grill until golden brown, roughly 3-4 minutes. Top each peach with butter mixture and ice cream if desired. Enjoy immediately.
