Feta Dill Dip

1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
½ cup flat-leaf parsley
2 teaspoons white-wine vinegar
4 ounces crumbled feta, divided
1 cup fresh dill, divided
Freshly ground black pepper


Place yogurt, parsley, vinegar, 1 teaspoon of dill and all but 1 teaspoon of feta into a food processor; blend until smooth. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve. Top with remaining feta, dill and pepper (if desired).
