Coffee Cake

Ingredients

Batter:
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
2 Tbsp. white sugar
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1/4  tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. baking powder

Topping:
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

Stir softened butter and white sugar together in the Magic Chef Soup Mug until fluffy. Stir egg, sour cream and vanilla extract into the butter mixture. Add flour and baking powder into the mixture, stir until smooth. Mix the topping ingredients in a separate bowl and mash the butter into the mixture with a fork until mixture is crumbly, then sprinkle it over the cake batter in the soup mug and cover with vented lid. Cook in the microwave on high for 1 minute and 40 seconds. Insert a toothpick into the middle, and continue to microwave in 10 second intervals (if needed) until toothpick comes out clean.
