Chicken Noodle Soup

Multicooker Chicken Noodle Soup

1 lb. Boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
½ large onion, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
3 large carrots, skinned and chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1-1/2 tsp. thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups wide flat egg noodles
7 cups chicken broth

Directions

Lightly salt and pepper the chicken cubes.

Set Multicooker on “Sear” and melt the butter in it.

Sauté’ chicken in the butter until browned, about a minute, then turn the Multicooker off.

Add the vegetables and herbs, salt and pepper, uncooked noodles, and broth.

Put on the lid and set the exhaust vent to “Sealing”.

Set on the “Manual” setting for 7 minutes.

When cooking is complete, set exhaust valve to “Venting” for quick pressure release and serve.
