Carmel Nut Popcorn Clusters

40 caramel squares (approximately 14 ounces)
2 tablespoons light cream
2 quarts popped popcorn (lightly salted)
1 cup salted peanuts


Combine cream and caramel squares in a 3-quart mixing bowl. Microwave 3-4 minutes; stir until caramel is smooth.

In a large bowl mix popcorn and peanuts together. Slowly add the caramel sauce until coated.

Drop small spoonful's onto waxed paper and let cool. Enjoy! 

Makes approximately 15-20 clusters.
