Caprese Salad

8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 (10 ounce) basket cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
3 tablespoons torn fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste


In a large bowl toss together the mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper; best served chilled.
