Brown Sugar and Garlic Chicken

10 cloves of garlic minced
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of brown sugar
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Pinch of salt and pepper 


Sauté the minced garlic on the stovetop until it turns golden brown. Gradually add the brown sugar until it forms a thick consistency and remove from heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish and pour mixture evenly over chicken.  Cook at 500°F degrees for 30 minutes.
