BBQ Chicken Wings

Multicooker BBQ Chicken Wings

8 chicken wings and/or drumsticks
4 tsp. olive oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced, or 1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 cup BBQ sauce
½ cup water

Directions

Add olive oil to cooking pot and select “Sear” setting. When oil starts to sizzle, place chicken, onion, garlic and season salt inside and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add BBQ sauce and cover the pieces of chicken evenly.

Add ½ cup of water and mix ingredients together.

Put the lid on and turn the exhaust valve to “Sealing”.

Select “Manual” function and set timer for 12 minutes;.

After cooking for 12 minutes, turn exhaust valve to “Venting” and turn off.
