Banana Bread

1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 medium bananas, sliced


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar. Next add in the vanilla and eggs and mix well.

In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add into the butter mixture until smooth. Add in the bananas, sour cream and walnuts.

Once evenly mixed spread into a greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
