Multicooker Multicooker Smoky Turkey Chili
1 lb. ground turkey
1 Tbsp. olive oil
½ yellow onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14.5 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 (14.5 oz.) can petite diced tomatoes, no salt added
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
Dash of hot sauce
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 bell pepper, diced (color of your choice)
1 packet chili seasoning
8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke

Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Directions
Select “Sear” function and add olive oil to pot. Add garlic and onions and sauté until fragrant, about 3 minutes.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Press “Cancel” and drain excess fat and liquid.
Add all remaining ingredients to Multicooker and mix well. Put lid on and turn exhaust valve to “Sealing”.
Select “Beans/Chili” function and press “Adjust” until “Less” is illuminated, which is a 30 minute setting. Then press the “Start” button.
When cooking cycle is complete, press “Cancel” and use the quick release method;.
Garnish with cheese and sour cream if desired.
