Multicooker Pineapple Upside Down Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can sliced pineapple
Maraschino cherries
Butter
Brown sugar
1-1/2 cups water
Directions
Follow instructions on box for cake mix.
Butter the bottom of a 6" cake pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar into the bottom of the cake pan.
Put pineapple slices in the pan and place a maraschino cherry in the center of each.
Fill pan with cake batter to 2/3 full;.
Cover pan with aluminum foil.
Pour water and place the stainless steel rack in Multicooker.
Set cake pan on the rack.
Set on Manual for 18 Mins and allow a natural pressure release.
Remove cake, uncover & set on cooling rack for 10 mins.
Turn cake over onto a plate for serving.
