1 salmon fillet, 5oz
1 small leek, about 4oz
2 ½ tbsp. frozen peas
2 heaping tbsp. crème fraîche, plus 1 tbsp. to serve (Could use sour cream)
½ tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
6 C Magic Chef Microwave Cookware
Season the salmon fillet all over with salt and pepper. Slice the leeks really thinly.
Place salmon in microwave cookware and top each fillet with leeks and peas, and 2 tbsp of crème fraîche. Sprinkle with tarragon, salt and pepper.
Put the lid on the cookware and open the vent. Microwave for 3 minutes or until salmon is opaque.
Remove from microwave and top each fillet with a spoonful of crème fraîche.
